Conduct research on topics in environmental psychology related to Urban Design and Human Metrics. Research applied into various reports on the effect of urban design on mental health, families, and later age living as well as various projects for HUME. Projects include use of research to guide blueprints and architectural design and adjustments. 
2019 Cultural Change Intern
Epic Decade. Jamestown, RI
As a cultural change intern for Epic Decade, I deepened my understanding of corporate and societal cultural change. I was tasked with: 

1. Understanding the heartbeat and mind of the organization through shadowing top executives and observing different meetings and client interactions. 

2. Spearheading environmental design for a July Convening of local thought provocateurs to facilitate radical curiosity, improve a sense of belonging, further solidify relationships, and collect insights for research on people's personal truths of what constitutes each social system (such as wellness, food, environment, etc.) and human condition (such as community, difference, etc.).

3. Research people and organizations challenging the status quo and solving issues in new and innovative ways. Then analyzed data to find patterns and future trends across and within social systems and human conditions.

4. Initiating making Epic Decade zero waste for food by connecting them with local meal sites and organizations for the homeless. 

2018  Art Programing Intern

Oversaw the effectiveness and implementation of arts programing in the local public schools. Required program observation, implementation, and communication with parents and administrators, and poster design.

Vassar Haiti Project. Poughkeepsie, NY
Student Representative on trip to Haiti in Spring 2017 to meet partners and students. Spearheaded year long fundraising campaign for spring 2017 trip. Organized 20+ student volunteers and directed one $5,000 fundraiser, assisted with $150,000 fundraising efforts annually. Other tasks include Grant writing, donation drives, $20,000 secondary school sponsorship renewals, and collaborating with international partners. 

2016-2017  Assistant Preparator
Frances Lehman Loeb Art Center. Poughkeepsie, NY
Completed sculpture maintenance, reorganized and catalogued stock rooms and artworks. Helped set up gallery exhibits, various painting and handiwork. Made labels and performed matte cutting.

2015-2016  Art Programing Intern
